5 Tips to Wake Up for an Early Class

A NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION TO COMBAT “FILIPINO-TIME”

Having a hard time waking for a 7:30 am class? Worry no more because we are here to give you some tips that will help motivate your body on rising up from the bed.

WARNING:

The following tips are merely representations based on someone’s bittersweet experience on combatting tardiness to a 7:30 am class. Furthermore, they should be taken as precautionary practice according to some professionals. If not followed, you will end up missing your first jeepney or worse: arriving late to your first morning class.

Tip #1: Set an alarm (or set as many as you can) wink

Tip #2: Ask someone from your place to wake you up

Tip #3: Wash your face multiple times

Tip #4: Know your early class schedule/room/floor. The higher the floor, the earlier you should wake up.

Tip #5: Drink coffee/tsokolate/milk/water or eat sweets (example: peanuts or taho)
